Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from the designer and many are made to order.
Please notice the approximate delivery time on each item detail page. We make every effort to ship items within 5-7 business days AFTER your order is placed. Normally items ship within 5-15 business days due to stock status and as some items are custom made to order and require additional time. If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information is correct. You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses. During the holiday season, processing time can take up to 10 days.
We try to ship orders in full, in one shipment for your convenience. However, depending on the items ordered, multiple shipments may be required to fulfill your order. Sometimes orders can be delayed waiting for the full order to be filled and therefore shipped.
If you are needing an expedited shipment it's best to place your order and call us to inform us of your needs.
Typically we use Australian Post and USPS, but not limited to Fedex, UPS and other shipping methods. When your order is shipped partially or in full, you will receive an email indicating it has shipped. We do not email out tracking numbers for security reasons but you can log into your account and view all tracking and track your package thru our website if tracking is indicated. Some packages tracking is not available until after the package has been delivered.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, or unclaimed shipments. We have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.
With the rise of package theft during the holidays, we strongly advise you choose your shipping address carefully. If you are concerned about package theft, please understand all of your shipping options to help minimize theft.
Here are some tips we have found to be helpful:
1. Ship to your work address
2. Ship to a neighbour’s address that you trust and will be home at the time of delivery.
3. Ask us to request your shipment be signed for someone at your address.
In order to simplify our shipping costs, we have implemented a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 for most orders. Please refer to the following shipping table to determine the cost to ship your item. Please note that heavier items (ie: carriers, blankets, beds, furniture, bowls/feeders, etc.) may incur an additional cost and are not included in the free shipping rate. The rate will be shown at check out or on the item detail page. *Shipping costs are calculated AFTER all discounts have been applied to your cart at check out.
International Shipments: Please be aware that additional shipping costs will apply. Shipping costs will be shown at check out BEFORE you pay so you will know exactly what they are. If the item is large or oversized we will notify you if additional shipping costs will be incurred in some cases. You can also email us for a shipping quote. All international orders are shipped with tracking. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duty charges. International orders may require additional processing time because of shipping all in one package versus from multiple warehouses.

Please, note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS:
If you received an item that you do not want - regardless of the reason and it is undamaged, please notify us within 30 days of delivery date. This can be for any reason, from you not liking it to it being the wrong size. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the item. If we are notified after this time frame, we will be unable to process your request.

Upon receiving your request we will email you all the information, including a form with your RAN (Return Authorization Number) to return your item(s) to us. This form must be included in the return.
You MAY NOT return something that is unapproved regardless of the reason. We need to hear from you first. Non-approved returns will be refused. You must put the authorization # on the outside of the box when you return the item(s). The completed RAN form that we email you must also be inside the box.
You are responsible for return shipping charges and we are not responsible for any packages received by us that are damaged in transit, or simply do not make it to our Store. We leave it up to you on which courier to use but do recommend something that has tracking. We must receive your return within 15 days of issuing your authorization.
Once we receive your return, give us a 3-7 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to process it and we will email you to let you know it’s been processed and how much store credit has been placed on your account.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Your return credit will be less any shipping, coupon, or discount received. We will notify you by email when it’s complete.
We do not process exchanges due to the ever-changing inventory and pricing differences of sizes. You will need to place the order yourself through your account online. If you need help placing the order, we can help you with the new order. You may not use an expired coupon on your new order, regardless of the discount or coupon you received on your original order. You MAY use any NON-expired coupon on your new order.
Will I get charged a restock fee?
Sometimes we will need to implement a restocking fee depending on the item and we will let you know if the item(s) you’re returning will incur a restocking fee of 20%. We will let you know this prior to return an order.
Items that are non-returnable:
Anything that is non-sellable, has ANY AMOUNT of dog hair on it, has been worn, has been altered, tags removed, original packaging either torn or missing, damaged by you or your dog, any sort of smell, or stain.
Seasonal or Holiday items
Super Sale items (Clearance items)
Special/Custom order items
Anything that specifically says on the item that it is non-returnable.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot return the following:
Bedding – Any Sort
Treats – Any Sort, including cakes, treats, supplements, etc.
Stairs or Steps
Feeders, Bowls, Treats Jars, etc.
Toys- Posh Puppy Boutique cannot guarantee the longevity of any toy.
Potty Training Products- this includes Panties, diapers, belly bands, Potty Pads, or Fake Grass
STORE CREDITS & GIFT CERTIFICATES
All returns are for store credit only.
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit, or check. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates for J&M Design Boutique are only valid on this online website or in our local boutique.
Store Credit and Gift Certificates expire after 1 year of the issue date.
